What Is the Financial Commission?
The Financial Commission is an independent organization, not a government body, that solves disputes between traders and member brokers without taking sides. Its published numbers (as of July 2026):
• Started in 2013
• More than 12,870 complaints handled
• About €88.8 million in claims reviewed
• About 7 days, on average, to resolve a complaint
• More than 50 member brokers and exchanges
About Lirunex's Membership
Lirunex Limited became an approved member of the Financial Commission on 6 February 2025. For its clients, this means:
• A free and independent way to resolve complaints
• Compensation Fund protection of up to €20,000 per client, paid only if a member broker does not follow a Commission decision
• Extra oversight, on top of the Lirunex group's licenses: CySEC (338/17), Labuan FSA (MB/20/0050), and Mauritius FSC (GB24203882)
Note: these licenses are held by different companies in the Lirunex group, and each client's protection depends on the company they open their account with. Membership adds to a regulator's license. It does not replace it.
How a Broker Becomes & Stays as a Member
Joining was Lirunex's own choice, because trust must be earned, not only claimed. And approval is not automatic. To join, and to stay a member, a broker must:

• Pass the Commission's review and be approved by its Board
• Show an established history in financial services
• Keep a complaint-handling process that meets the Commission's standards
• Promise, in its client contracts, that clients can bring complaints to the Commission
• Accept audits, and fully comply with every Commission decision
Only around 50 firms worldwide are members today. Lirunex is one of them, and every client can hold it to that standard.
What This Means for Partners and Traders
Most traders never expect to make a complaint, but protection matters before a problem happens. Every client gets:
• A clear, standard process for complaints
• A neutral outside reviewer, not the broker judging its own case
• A safety net through the Compensation Fund described above
To be clear: the Fund is not insurance and not a government scheme. It only applies to Commission decisions and does not cover trading losses, broker bankruptcy, managed-account trading, or some product types.
For partners, such as introducing brokers (IBs) and affiliates, this matters too. When you introduce clients to Lirunex, you are not asking them to take your word for it: the membership, the rules, and the numbers are all public, and anyone can verify them on the Financial Commission's website.
One reminder for partners: always describe these protections correctly. They are not insurance, not a government guarantee, and not a promise of profit.
A Standard Anyone Can Check
This membership does not change the risks of trading. Nothing does. What it changes is simple: traders get an independent place to solve disputes, partners get facts they can share, and Lirunex is held to a standard anyone can check. To see it for yourself, visit the Lirunex website to explore trading or the partner program, or talk to the team before you start.
